DUAL was founded in Spain in 1998 by David Howden and Luis Muñoz-Rojas. The group was born out of that entrepreneurial spirit and has guided their decisions and the direction of the company ever since. Initially DUAL wrote only Financial Lines in Europe. Through a culture of empowering people to seize opportunities for themselves attracting some of the industry’s best talent and partners. Now, with over 500 people in UK alone, and over 1,500 globally, DUAL is one of the world’s largest international MGAs.

From that seed of an idea in Madrid, we have grown deep, strong roots in the insurance ecosystem. With UK offices based in London, Norwich and Manchester, we’ve also expanded across Europe to the USA and onwards to the Pacific, offering local and global partnerships you can rely on.
