DUAL is more than just a workplace
Driven by a vision to be the world’s best underwriting business, DUAL has always taken a different approach to our industry peers.
Our core values dictate how we live and work. We are a group with independence and people at its heart. DUAL attracts talented individuals who create a unique culture.
Since our business was founded in 1998, we have been employee-owned and driven by entrepreneurial spirit, and our teams around the world are working together to challenge the insurance status quo.
With market-leading market presence in 21 countries, we’re a truly global organisation. But our real strength lies in our local teams, whose knowledge of their market helps them better understand and meet our clients’ needs. We empower our people to develop products, services and processes that deliver consistently.

Find out why our people feel proud to work at DUAL.
''The opportunities, professional and personal support I have received, and people first culture is why I have stayed in the Group since graduating in 2016. No day is ever the same at DUAL, and that’s what makes it exciting!''
''From the first day at DUAL, management have actively communicated with me on how my vision on personal growth can be aligned with that of the business. Being part of a dynamic company, means I can be flexible and maintain a healthy work-life balance, and remain empowered to take personal responsibility to deliver the best possible outcome. I feel recognised every day for the work I do, through real time feedback. A collaborative and innovative work culture makes me feel safe and respected when sharing ideas and opinions. I had joined DUAL to find a sense of belonging and I can say that I now truly feel it.''
''DUAL is a unique place to work, there is continuous growth and change. Feedback and new ideas are welcomed and enacted, so that we can further improve the industry culture. I have a fantastic work-life balance where I am able to manage my own time in order to deliver my objectives. I also volunteer regularly, go to the gym and protect my non-working hours.''
''Working at DUAL is fast-paced, interesting and rewarding. I get to work with a great team dealing with interesting challenges each day, and no two days are the same which ensures I’m always developing new skills.''
