Today, we're featuring Rebecca Ince, the Chief Operating Officer at DUAL UK. Rebecca oversees IT, data, MI, and operations, ensuring that DUAL leverages the right technology to support growth and operational efficiency. Let's hear more from Rebecca about her role and passions!

Q: What are you striving to achieve at DUAL?

I look after the IT, data and MI, and operations teams. Our objectives are to use the right technology in the right place, support growth, be operationally efficient, and harness our data and MI to drive business decisions and growth.

Q: How important is digital transformation at DUAL?

It's very important. But we also need to decommission our legacy technologies and establish core platforms. Our team is doing horizon scanning to see what new technology can help us deliver business growth.

Q: How would you sum up working at DUAL?

It's a great place to work—very fast-paced with lots of growth opportunities.

Q: Do you have a career highlight from your time in insurance?

For me, it's been about seizing opportunities. I've been lucky enough to live abroad, in Munich and Miami, and I've moved from finance to operations.

Q: What are you passionate about?

I'm the exec sponsor for Howden Group with our disability ERG, promoting workplace inclusiveness. I'm also a Pilotlighter for a charity called Pilotlight, where we help other charities with business strategy and financial planning, giving our skills and time to support the charity sector.
